Balanced Wealth Building Weekend
I recently returned from a weekend intensive (put on by Harv T. Eker) where I ‘got to’ explore my personal connection between my wealth and my beliefs. This was the first Wealth Building Experience I have had where there was a balance between financial education and personal growth. I LOVED IT!
An important take away for me from the weekend was:
In order to move forward with a successful wealth building business, it’s important to get clear on my wealth goals which are shaped by my internal ‘why’ (my framework for action).

So how is this related to ‘being rich’ you ask? Let’s first understand why it’s so AWESOME!

- Who I have to BE to become rich will change my life for the better (more on this in a future post)
- I can stop worrying about the future
These reasons are great and they make sense. It is important to also remember that these reasons represent a deeper concept connected to Service. When we take action toward our goals from an inner desire to ‘be of service’ the universe naturally supports us.
AKA: When I am aligned with my passions and values, I am abundant in all ways; I AM RICH!
Playing Small or Playing BIG?
I have spent many years, working my business from a place of ‘wanting to make money’ first (to ‘pay the bills’ and ‘be a success’) and ‘service’ second. From this mindset of worry and lack, I felt like a hamster on the running wheel. No matter how hard I worked, I needed to ‘do more’ and the work was never done. I was working hard to ‘make it work’ and the results were small leaving me disheartened and exhausted. This hasn’t really been joyful for me. Sigh!
As much as my coach training educated me about ‘being in alignment’ and how that alignment naturally brings ‘abundance’ in all areas of life, I just didn’t completely surrender in and allow for the magic to take place. I was constricted. My mindset around my worth and creativity got in the way! I was playing small!
And so folks, the time has come for me to choose to Play BIG! I am feeling the fear and doing it anyway!
My starting point begins with a quest to discover my big WHY.
Usually ones gifts, talents and passions play into this so it shouldn’t be too hard clarify – as long as my ‘conditioned mind’ doesn’t get in the way (more on this later!).
